Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Vood. We aim to provide high quality, fresh food items to all of our customers. However, we understand that issues may arise which necessitate returns and refunds. Our policy is as follows:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to finalizing the purchase to ensure it is correct. In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
If you have received an incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a redelivery of the correct items or a full refund, as per your preference.
In the event you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Upon confirmation, we will either refund the item cost or provide a replacement, based on availability.
Order cancellations can be made up to 1 hour after order placement. Beyond this timeframe, we cannot guarantee order cancellation or modification as it may have already been prepared for dispatch or delivered.
All refunds for incorrect or damaged items will be processed within approximately 7 of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for products that spoiled due to the customer not being available at the time of delivery.
