Unprocessed food

Simply put, unprocessed food consists of whole products that have not been processed, or have been processed minimally. In an ideal world, many of us would prefer to do our own shopping at the market and prepare them into meals. But this is unfortunately not realistic. We live far from the farmer and lack the time to cook for ourselves every night. Healthy ready-to-eat solutions can be a great solution to get more unprocessed food in. And turn away unnecessary added sugars, unhealthy fats and too much salt. So if you want to use a workout effectively, above all you should not omit them, but focus on eating the good, so-called complex carbohydrates, found in whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables, among others. If you opt for complex carbohydrates, the fibres make you feel satiated for longer and keep your body supplied with energy throughout the day. Plus, they keep your blood sugar stable and provide essential vitamins and minerals that keep your body fit.
